Assembling the Medela 2.0 Cups
The Medela wearable cups, also called Hands-free Collection Cups, are actually quite simple to assemble. They only have four parts! Here's a video of how to put them together. The parts and their roles:
The collection cup itself (where the milk collects)
The Silicone Ring (connects the flange to seal the cup and flange)
The Silicone Membranes (the yellow part that creates the suction at the breast)
The flange (the part that goes over your breast)
